Job Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and execution of contracts, facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our landscaping projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents.
    • Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, and subcontractors to address and resolve contract-related issues.
    • Communicate contract changes and updates to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    •  Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Financial Oversight
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processes.
    • Track and report on AR Aging Monthly
